0. Preliminary program

Preliminary program of the Seminar has been sent to you as a separate message. You can also find both short and long versions of the program on this www-site. Please, check your title and other details. Printed versions of the program will be distributed at the Registration at Pushkinogorie.

Please, note that time for talks includes discussion, and one should normally expect several minutes of questions.

The program will be further adjusted in the course of the Seminar. Please, contact V.Rubakov there, if necessary.

Note that except for three overhead projectors we have three computer projectors. Please, notify us if you are going to use computer projector, so we will prepare it for the next sessetion. We normally expect that participants who are going to use computer projectors to come with their own laptops.

1. Arrival to Moscow (for foreign participants)

Please, send us your arrival flight information as soon as possible, if you haven't done that yet. Don't forget to indicate the airport of arrival. We stress again that you will be met at the airport. In the unprobable case that you do not see a person with our poster, do not leave the airport without calling 133-65-33 (Organizing Committee).

2. Accommodation in Moscow (for foreign participants)

Participants arriving to Moscow before 23/05 will be accomodated in the hotel "Sputnik" (Leninskii prospect,38). Please, note that the Organizing Committee pays only for one night in the hotel (the first one), and if you arrive earlier than May 22, you should pay in cash for extra nights.

Participants of the Seminar who leave Moscow later than May 31 will be accomodated in the hotel "Russia" (Varvarka St, 6). Note that the Organizing committee pays for the first night of your stay, May 31/June 1, and in the case if you are going to stay longer than one night, you should pay for the extra nights in cash.

3. Departure to Pushkinogorie (for foreign participants)

A bus for Leningradsky train station in Moscow will leave from the hotel "Sputnik" at 18:00, 23/05. Participants who arrive in Moscow on May 23, will be delivered directly to the station.

By 19:00 participants should come to the centre of the station hall where they will be met by a member of Organizing Committee holding "Quarks-2004" poster. The group will catch the train N10, "Moscow - Pskov" which starts from the Leningradsky train station at 19:55.

Our train arrives in Pskov at 8:00 am, May 24. Buses to the hotel "Pushkinogorie" will start from the train station in Pskov at 8:15.

4. Departure to Pushkinogorie (for russian participants)

Note that the date of arrival to Pushkinogorie is May 24, and not earlier. We expect that participants who travel by car or by bus from St. Petersburg will arrive in Pushkinogorie in the afternoon of May 24.

The main group of participants travels by train N10 element containing "-g" or "--gimprc" was not ngradsky train station (metro station "Komsomolskaya") at 19:55, May 23. The train arrives in Pskov at 8:00, May 24.

A group ticket has been bought for participants from INR RAS, and participants who come from abroad. If you are one of them, please, find your name in the list. Please, find Emin Nugaev upon arriving to the train station. He will be waiting for you in the center of the Leningradskii train station. Emin will give you information on your carriage and place.

A list of people, back tickets for whom ware bought by the Organizing Committee, can be found in the separate list.

Buses to the hotel "Pushkinogorie" will start from the train station in Pskov at 8:15, 23/05.

Participants who arrive to Pskov by train, but not with the main group, should use the bus transportation between Pskov and Pushkinogorie. One finds bus timetables at the site of the Museum of A.S. Pushkin. The timetables of the busses which come to Pushkinogorie from St. Petersburg can also be found there.

5. Pocket money

We recommend to exchange currency in Moscow. The rates of exchange in Pushkinogorie can be unfavorable.

6. Communication

Note that E-mail and Internet will not be available at the hotel "Pushkinogorie".

Please, keep in mind that all the Organizing Committee leaves for Pskov in the afternoot of May 23, so we cannot be reached by E-mail or telephone since the evening of May 22.

7. Hotel "Druzhba"

Due to the unexpectedly large number of participants we booked additional rooms in the hotel "Druzhba". Participants who live in the hotel "Druzhba" will be delivered there by bus after the Registration (which will take place in the hotel "Pushkinogorie").
