``Quarks-2008'' was the fifteenth in the series of International Seminars devoted mostly to problems of modern field theory, theoretical and experimental particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. This Seminar was organized by the Institute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It was held from May 23 to May 29, 2008 in Sergiev Posad, Moscow region, Russia. The Seminar gathered about 160 physicists from leading scientific centers.
