The conference will be held at the park-hotel "Olymp" located 15 km west from Kolomna town. The information about the hotel and the ways to reach it is available at the website of Quarks in "How to reach" section.
There will be buses for participants. There will be enough room for everyone. Departure from Moscow to conference place: June 6 at 10:00 from the hotel "Sputnik" near metro station "Leninsky prospekt". Departure from "Olymp" to Moscow: June 12 at 15:00.
The trip lasts about 3 hours depending on traffic.
Money exchange (US dollars and Euro) is possible in various banks in Moscow and Kolomna. 1 USD is equal to approximately 29 rubles, 1 Euro ~ 38.5 rubles. Though currencies other than US dollars and Euro can be exchanged in some banks, the rates are unfavourable. There is no currency exchange at the park-hotel "Olymp" neither the hotel facilities accept credit cards and/or traveller checks. Please, take notice that the hotel is outside Kolomna, hence bring pocket money in rubles with you (exchage in Moscow). The conference fee may be paid in Euro, dollars or roubles, according to exchange rates. We do not accept credit cards or travellers checks.
Usually the weather at the beginning of June is warm (+15 to +25 degrees Celsius) and sunny, but some cool (+10) and rainy days are still possible. It may be windy. You can find weather forecast for Kolomna at the Gismeteo website
Social program of the Seminar includes excursion to Kolomna (June 9, 9 am-2 pm). The conference dinner will take place on June 9, 8 pm.
Trip assignments ("komandirovochnye udostoverenya") should be issued for INR RAS organization ("IYaI RAN").
Take metro to "Leninsky prospekt" station (see map), exit from the last carriage (if the train goes from the center of Moscow), walk 10 minutes ( see the map below).
