``Quarks-2006'' was the fourteenth in the series of International Seminars devoted mostly to problems of modern field theory, theoretical and experimental particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. This Seminar was organized by the Institute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences together with the St.-Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute of RAS and V.A.Fock Institute of Physics of St.-Petersburg State University. It was held from May 19 to May 25, 2006 in the town of Repino, St.-Petersburg region, Russia. The Seminar gathered about 200 physicists from leading scientific centers.
