0. Preliminary program

Preliminary program of the Seminar is available.

Please, note that time for talks includes discussion, and one should normally expect several minutes of questions.

1. Arrival at Repino.

The Conference will be held in hotel "Baltiets" in Repino, St.Petersburg.

There are several ways to arrive to the Conference place.

We will arrange a pick-up service to meet foreign participants in the airport Pulkovo.

For Russian participants we recommend one of the following ways:

1. Take special conference bus at 8:30 am at May 19th from Moscow rail station in St.Peterburg.
2. From metro station "Staraya Derevnya" take itenerary taxi 305 to "Baltiets" (stop on request). Detailed instructions in Russian are at the contacts page of the hotel.
3. From metro station "Chernaya Rechka" take bus 211 to "Repino-center"
4. From Finland rail station (metro station "Ploschad Lenina"), take local train in "Vyborg direction" to Repino station.

2. Money.

Money exchange (US dollars and Euro) is possible in various banks in St. Petersburg. 1 USD is equal to approximately 26 roubles, 1 Euro ~ 34 roubles. Though currencies other than US dollars and Euro can be exchanged in some St.Petersburg banks, the rates are unfavourable. We recommend you to bring cash rather than credit cards or travellers checks, since there are not many places in St. Petersburg where credit cards or travellers checks are acceptable. However, there is a cash machine available at Baltiets hotel. The conference fee may be paid in Euro, dollars or roubles, according to exchange rates.

3. Weather.

Usually the weather in the end of May is warm (+15 to +25 degrees Celsius) and sunny, but some cool (+10) and rainy days are still possible. It may be windy.

4. Social programme.

Social programme of the Seminar includes excursions to The State Hermitage Meseum, Peterghoff and Kronshtadt.

There are many other attraction in St.Petersburg which you may want to visit by yourself. Among them: The State Russian Museum and Mariinsky Theatre. The latter is most known in the world ballet, and the tickets may be reserved online.

5. Internet and E-mail.

Access to Internet and E-mail will not be available during the Conference.

6. Trip assignments (for Russian Participants)

Trip assignments ("komandirovochnye udostoverenya") should be issued for INR RAS organization ("IYaI RAN")
