"Quarks-2004" was the thirteenth in the series of International Seminars devoted mostly to problems of modern field theory, theoretical and experimental particle physics, astrophysics and cosmology. This Seminar was organized by the Institute for Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Division of Physical Sciences of RAS. It was held from May 24 to May 30, 2004, in the town of Pushkinskie Gory, Pskov region. The Seminar gathered about 200 physicists from leading scientific centers.
