Preliminary program of the Seminar have been sent to you as a separate message. You can also find it on this www-site. Please, check your title and other details. The printed version of the program will be distributed at the registration at Valday.
The program will be further adjusted in the course of the Seminar. Please, contact V.Rubakov there, if necessary.
Note, that only overhead projectors for ordinary transparencies will be available. So, it will be impossible to make computer presentations.
Please, send us your arrival flight information, as soon as possible, if you haven't done that yet. Don't forget to indicate the airport of arrival. We stress again that you will be met at the airport. In the unprobable case that you do not see a person with our poster, do not leave the airport without calling 135-20-51 or 133-65-33 (Organizing Committee).
Participants arriving in Moscow before May 31 will be accomodated in the hotel "Sputnik" (Leninsky prospect, 38). Please note, that the conference fee covers only two nights in Moscow (one before and one after the conference).
A bus for Leningradsky train station in Moscow will leave from the hotel "Sputnik" at 20.10 on May 31. Those participants, who arrive in Moscow on May 31 will be delivered directly to the station.
By 20.50 the participants must come to the centre of the station hall where they will be met by a member of Organizing Committee holding Quarks-2002 poster. The group will catch the train 042 Moscow -- Novgorod-na-Volkhove which starts from the Leningradsky station at 21.20.
The train arrives in Novgorod at 5.44, June 1. Buses to hotel "Valday" will start from the train station in Novgorod at 6.15.
The main group of participants travels by train 042 Moscow -- Novgorod-na-Volkhove which starts from the Leningradsky station (underground station "Komsomolskaya") at 21.20, May 31. It arrives in Novgorod at 5.44, June 1.
A group ticket has been bought for participants going with the main group. If you are one of them, please, find the number of your carriage and place in the list. Please, come directly to your carriage. There you will be met by a member of Organizing Committee.
Buses to hotel "Valday" will start from the train station in Novgorod at 6.15, June 1.
We strongly recommend to exchange currency in Moscow: there is no money exchange at hotel "Valday".
There are international payphones at the site of the Seminar both at Valday (hotel "Valday") and in Novgorod (hotel"Intourist-Novgorod"). E-mail/Internet will not be available at Valday; in Novgorod, it will be provided by the Novgorod University.
